Fabricated from copper sheet, patinated and lacquered, with copper links and a gold-plated stainless steel cable to go around the neck. The hook-style clasp is on the front (upper right in photo), incorporated into the overall design. Woven with copper wire onto the shapes are beads of carnelian, aquamarine, and peridot, backed with slits cut into the metal to allow more light to shine through the beads.
