The Ibis

When I first showed this on social media, I said I should've called it "The Kitchen Sink," because it had so much going on. But that was the goal, to use many different parts, bits and pieces of other unfinished projects, flotsam and jetsam.

The 3 x 1-1/4-inch pendant is made of opaque and transparent enamels on 18-gauge Copper sheet, with 20-gauge Bronze cloisonne wires. Hanging on the rest of the 24-inch cable are more enameled shapes, beads of Carnelian, Amethyst, and Ruby-in-Zoisite, plus some Bronze chain. This is a very kinetic piece; the parts will rotate, jingle, and play; it's a carnival to wear around your neck!
