This is my first 3D (OK, really 2-1/2-dimensional) enameled pendant. That is, it looks 3D from the front and sides, but you can't view it from the back, which is open and hollow. The original drawing it's based on reminded me of a piece of Mexican pottery; hence, the name.
The pendant is opaque enamel on copper, with copper wires, and features a Rainbow Moonstone bead on top, with two Mexican Fire Agate beads on the sides. The 24-inch-long necklace is faux-leather, with small, enameled disks resting on knots, at random locations. It has a custom, sterling-silver hook-and-eye clasp.
