I made a series of 5 of these amoebic, vaguely floral rings, each with a different gemstone bead in the center. This one features a bead of iridescent Rainbow Moonstone.
The bead is held in place by a sterling silver finial (and a little glue). The size 7 band was cut and soldered from 22-gauge sterling silver sheet. The blob shape, which swivels freely, is made of multiple transparent layers of deep green enamel, on 18-gauge copper.
