This necklace was cast, using the ancient Lost-Wax Casting technique, in solid Argentium Sterling Silver. Each segment was carved from scratch; even though there are three basic repeating shapes, no molds were used and each was carved separately.
The faceted stones featured are citrines, white topaz, and blue topaz. The clasp is handmade and hook-style. This necklace is meant to lie comfortably on the wearer's breastbone, like an open crew-neck shirt (see top photo); therefore, there are extra links in the back so it can be adjusted for the most perfect fit.
